Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Grease the inside of the crock pot and layer the bread and banana slices.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and bananas, ensuring everything is well-coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the center is set.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup or whipped cream.
