Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, dried oregano, and black pepper until well combined.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the yogurt mixture over the tortilla.

Carefully roll the tortilla up tightly, then slice in half at a diagonal.
