Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
Place salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and dijon mustard. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
