  • 4 fillets salmon skinless
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  • Place salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and dijon mustard. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
