Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Mix well until combined.
  • Assemble the Sliders:
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom buns. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • Add Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with parsley. Brush the tops of the slider buns with the butter mixture.
  • Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm.
