Prepare the Glass:
Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a large glass or mug.
Dip the rim of the glass into more chocolate syrup, then into the crushed chocolate cookies to coat the rim.
Assemble the Cocktail:
Pour the hot chocolate into the prepared glass.
Stir in the Kahlúa and Bailey’s Irish Cream.

Add a generous swirl of whipped cream on top.
Garnish with mini marshmallows, chocolate sprinkles, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
