Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until the mixture is heated through.
Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and tomato mixture in the skillet.
Serve warm, garnished with additional basil, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to taste.
