Ingredients
 

  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce optional, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  • Prepare the Dough: Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange the pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Coat the Dough: Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top of the coated dough.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
