Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
Return the steak to the skillet and add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Add the heavy cream and shredded provolone cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, top with additional shredded provolone cheese before serving.
