Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill or griddle over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper together, then form 12 equal-sized patties.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
