  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
  • 12 slider buns preferably brioche
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.5 cup pickles sliced
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup yellow mustard

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your grill or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, and black pepper together, then form 12 equal-sized patties.

  • Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
