Cook Time: 2 hours
Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750 ml white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup caramel-flavored vodka
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus extra for glass rims, optional
  • 2 apples thinly sliced (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp work well)
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Club soda or sparkling water optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sangria Base: In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, caramel-flavored vodka, apple cider, and caramel sauce. Stir until the caramel sauce is dissolved.
  • Add Fruits and Cinnamon: Add the sliced apples, orange, and cinnamon stick to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
  • Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 4 hours, to let the flavors meld together.
  • Optional Garnish for Glasses: If desired, drizzle caramel sauce on the rims of serving glasses and let it drip down slightly for a festive look.
  • Serve: Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure to include some fruit in each serving. Top with a splash of club soda or sparkling water if you prefer a fizzy sangria.
