Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets and press a Cadbury mini egg into the center of each cookie.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
