Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil optional, for thinning chocolate
  • Graham crackers pretzels, or apple slices (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dip: In a medium bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together until smooth and well combined.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to thin it out.
  • Combine and Serve: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and gently swirl to create a marbled effect, or you can mix it in completely for a uniform dip.
  • Chill (Optional): For a thicker consistency, you can refrigerate the dip for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve: Transfer the Buckeye Dip to a serving bowl and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.
