Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and layer evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Spread cooked sausage over the biscuit pieces.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and biscuits.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the cheddar cheese with Monterey Jack or a cheese blend of your choice.
