  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the carrots on the griddle and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add honey and brown sugar, stirring until combined to make the glaze.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the carrots on the griddle. Toss to coat the carrots evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the carrots from the griddle and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
