Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the carrots on the griddle and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add honey and brown sugar, stirring until combined to make the glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the carrots on the griddle. Toss to coat the carrots evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the carrots from the griddle and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
