  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably panko
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange three separate bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
  • Dip each mozzarella stick in the flour, then egg, and finally the bread crumb mixture.
  • Place coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
