Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise. Pull apart shells slightly, and gently lift and loosen the tail meat to rest on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and paprika. Brush mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
Place lobster tails in a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.

For best results, use fresh lobster tails and high-quality butter. Enjoy paired with a crisp white wine.
