  • 2 cups avocados, diced
  • 5 pieces tomatillos, husked and chopped choose soft and ripe
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped red onion recommended
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados and chopped tomatillos.
  • Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
