  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine salmon cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the salmon is well coated.
  • Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of chili flakes or a touch of honey to the seasoning mix.
