Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or other herbs like thyme or oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Prepare Salmon Bites: In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly with the seasoning.
  • Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them; you may need to cook in batches.
  • Cook: Air fry the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and flaky. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve: Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
