Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Prepare Salmon Bites: In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly with the seasoning.
Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd them; you may need to cook in batches.
Cook: Air fry the salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and flaky. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
Serve: Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
