Preparation Steps
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell and spreading the halves apart.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up, and cook for 7-8 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lobster tails. Adjust cooking times based on the size of the lobster tails.
