  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Coat each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Air fry for 7-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
