  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a disc.
  • Place a cube of cheese in the center of each disc and wrap the dough around it, pinching to seal completely.

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.

  • Brush the tops of the wrapped biscuits with the butter mixture.
  • Place the cheese bombs in the air fryer basket, seam side down, without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

These cheese bombs are best served immediately while warm and gooey.
