  • 1 packet taco seasoning 1.25 oz
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits, 16.3 oz
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the biscuits.
