  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Form the Chips: Place small mounds (about 1 tablespoon) of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Add Pepperoni: Press a slice of pepperoni onto the center of each cheese mound.
  • Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crispy around the edges.
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. The cheese will firm up as it cools.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately as a crunchy, low-carb pizza snack!
