Ingredients
 

  • 1 3.4 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup vodka or whipped cream vodka
  • 8 oz whipped topping such as Cool Whip, thawed
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the Alcohol: Stir in the Kahlua, Baileys, and vodka, mixing until fully combined. The mixture will be slightly thinner, but it will thicken as it sets.
  • Fold in the Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Chill the Pudding: Spoon the pudding mixture into small shot glasses or dessert cups. Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding shots are set.
  • Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish each pudding shot with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or crushed candy canes, as desired.
