Ingredients

  • Chicken wings: 2 lbs (about 900g), thawed if frozen
  • BBQ sauce: 1 cup, your favorite brand or homemade

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:
    • If your wings are not already cut into drumettes and flats, you may want to do so. Rinse the wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Removing as much moisture as possible helps the sauce stick to the wings.
  2. Season the Wings (Optional):
    • While this recipe is for 3 ingredients, you can optionally season your wings with a bit of salt and pepper before adding them to the crockpot. This step can enhance the natural flavors of the chicken.
  3. Combine Wings and Sauce:
    • Place the chicken wings in the crockpot. In a separate bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and honey until well combined. Pour the sauce over the wings, ensuring they are all evenly coated. Use a spoon or your hands to mix well.
  4. Cook:
