Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
- 6–8 slices cooked bacon
- 6–8 slices ham
- 1–2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
- Eggs (optional, for serving on the side)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Lay the slices of ham evenly over the dough, covering the surface.
- Arrange the cooked bacon on top of the ham.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon and ham.
- Roll and Cut:
- Starting with one of the long sides, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Slice the roll into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces using a sharp knife or dental floss to make clean cuts.
- Bake the Rolls:
- Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve:
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the baked rolls for garnish.
- Serve the breakfast rolls warm, optionally with eggs cooked to your liking on the side.
